Introduction
The goal of VERUM liberal arts education is to implement the founding spirit and mottos of our university while providing liberal education to foster “Jinsilin”; sincere people) who firmly contribute to the development of the nation and society with Catholic values and warm humanity.
Educational Objective
The goal of the education at VERUM liberal arts college is for all the Catholic Kwnadong University students to embody the following; harmonize wisdom (Sophia), practical wisdom (Phronesis), theoretical knowledge (Theoria) and practical knowledge (Praxis) to be “Jinsilin(sincere people)”. Sophia program is designed to cultivate the liberal arts thinking ability through liberal arts education. Phronesis program is designed to develop moral capacity through personality education. Theoria program is designed to develop the convergent thinking ability and balanced thinking ability through convergence education. Praxis program is designed to cultivate the basic learning ability through liberal arts basic education.
